I haven't seen it yet but I definately want to. I think it's coming up on Sky movies soon so I'll probably wait until it airs on there.

I'm so ashamed that I haven't seen it, because a) I'm a horror movie buff and b) It's a Gore Verbinski film, and well...he rocks.

The only reason I haven't seen it is because people said it was so scary. Now...I'm not usually scared by films in general. Fake blood doesn't get me (watching From Hell as we speak...or rather, listening to it and occasionally looking up), if anything is going to scare me it's more psychological horror. Which The Ring sort of is, so I'm a bit afraid. I think I'm afraid of being afraid actually, lol. It's like...everyone says The Exorcist is scary, and I've never found it scary at all. But *everyone* said The Ring was scary, so I'm thinking maybe, for once, I might be scared? I don't want to be scared *g* Can it really be that scary? It would have to be really really really terrifying to niggle me.

I guess I'll never know...until I watch it. I'll get back to you on that...

Indeedy-do I have seen it. The first time round it scared the crappola outta me LOL But the second time around it made me laugh - because I knew exactly what was going to happen & when etc etc I'd like to see the original Japanese version Sam, I totally dont think it'll scare you.. after all those horror/scary films you've watched! I'm a TOTAL wuss, and I managed to sit through it and not scream hehe

Yep it was subtitled and that does sometimes cause you to miss the visuals. I remember that happening when i saw the original subtitled Japanese version of Spirited Away
